Garib namo namo Sat Purush kun, namaskar Guru keenhi. Surnar munijan saadhva, santon sarvas deenhi.

Satguru Sahib Sant sab, dandautam pranaam| Aage peechhe madhya huye, tin kun ja kurbaan.

Narakar nirvishnan Kaal Jaal bhay bhanjnam। Nirlepam nij nirgunam, Akal anoop Besunn dhunam।। Soham surati samaptam, Sakal samana nirat le। Ujjwal hirambar hardamam, beparwah athah hai vaar-paar nahi madhyatam।। Garib, jo sumre siddh hoyee gannayak galtana। Karo anugrah soyee, Paras pad parwana।। Adi Ganesh manaun, Gan Nayak Dewan dewa। Charan Kamal lo laun, adi until karun sewa।। Param Shakti Sangeetam, riddhi siddhi data soyee। Avigat gunah ateetam, Satpurush nirmohi।। Jagdamba jagdeesham, Mangal roop murari। Tan mun arpun sheesham, bhakti mukti bhandari।। Surnar munijan dhyawe, Brahma Vishnu Mahesha। Shesh sahans mukh ganve, poojat adi Ganesha।। Indra Kuber sarikha, Varun Dharamrai dhyawe। Samrath jeevan jika, mun iccha phal pave।। Teentis koti adhara dhyave sahans atthasi। Utre bahvjal para, kat hai yam ki phansi।।

Jai Jai Satguru mere ki, jai jai Satguru mere ki| Sada Sahebi sukh se basiyo, Amarpuri ke dere ki||

Jai Jai Satguru mere ki, jai ho Satguru mere ki| Sada Sahibi sukh se basiyo, Satlok ke dere ki||

Nirvikaar nirbhay tu hi aur sakal bhaymaan. Eji sadhu aur sakal bhaymaan. Sab par teri Sahibi.

Sab par teri Sahibi, tujh par saheb na. Nirvikaar nirbhay.

With the infinite grace of the Supreme Father, God Kabir Ji Children! We have started remembering God. We  have developed affection towards our house, a desire to go there which we have forgotten.

Pious souls! It is self-evident with the mercy that God has showered on you that you are special favorite ones of that Supreme father and not from today Almighty is charging you from so many Eras. You have matured so much, filled so with devotional wealth that you are born in this devotional Era. This is the blessing of that God only. From where would He had started?

Like, look at the situation of Kaagbhusand, at his entire life. The biography of Kaagbhusand that he told from his lotus mouth to Garud Dev. This story will be narrated to you through speeches simultaneously by giving you some hints.

Garud, the mount of Shri Vishnu Ji asks from Kaagbhusand that ‘your sight is so soothing. Your voice seems very lovely. Your body is highly illuminating. How did you have such an achievement? Sitting besides you gives a lot of peace. Kindly tell me about yourself’

Boojhe Garud bhushsnd biyana। Mose bhed kaho vidhi nana।। Vachan sushil drishti anuraga। Devta ki deh dwar mukh kaga।। Kalangi teen sheesh tis saje। Shabad kolahal harsh niwaje।। Garib, madhukar bain bilas gaho , Sukhsagar anand। Tahan wahan surati layile sunat Kate sab phand।।

Now, Garud Dev is asking from Kaagbhusundi that

Boojhe Garud bhooshand biyana। Mose bhed kaho vidhi nana।।

Give me the complete information that

Vachan sushil drishti anuraga।

Your speech is very pleasing. Your sight is very noble. The body of a deity and face of a crow and three crowns over head as a flower-like is on the cock.

So, there are three crowns on the head of Kaagbhushand.

Kalangi teen sheesh te saje। Shabad kolahal harsh niwaje।। Madhukar bain sunat ho shanti। Kaho Bhushand ya ki uttpatti।। Shravan sumirat vachan subeda। Naam rasayan sab tam veda।। Vachan sunat sukh hote ananda। Bhed kaho nij parmananda।। Kamal kapole madhur bain tore। Sunte shabad Kate paap more।।

Now, Garud Dev is preparing an atmosphere, glorifying him that your words are very sweet. I find peace talking to you.

Adi anadi katha vistara। Moko bhed kaho tatsara।। Param bhed kaho bahu bhanti। Mite humare mun ki kanti।। Kaun desh ko nagar nidana। Kaho Bhushand adi parwana।। Kaun pita ko janani jana। Kaun kuli kaun vansh bakhana।। Arban varna kala parvesha। Tumhari mahima kar hai Shesha।। Jal swaroop kuchh tarang na tejam। Indrijeet chadhe mun sejam।। Brahm niroopam nirgun besa। Kaho Bhushand mujhe adi sandesha।। Chandra ka tej Surya ki kirna। Jaa se adhika tumra varna।। Kaun kala gati roop swaroopa। Timar met ujiyara dhoopa।। Suno Bhushand tum akal anoopa। Bhed kaho parmanand dookha।।

The attraction of your body is very charming as if the rays of the Sun are shining. Who are your parents? Which is your lineage? You tell me the secret.

Kaagbhusand replied

Kahe  bhushand tum suno khagesha। Tose bhed kahun pravesha।। -aye haye—

Kahe bhushand tum suno khagesha।

‘Khagesh’ ‘khag’ means bird। Khagesh! Khug plus Ish.

O the King of birds! O the Lord of birds, Garud! Bhushand Ji is saying

Kahe Bhushand tum suno khagesha। Tose bhed kahun darvesha।। Sankh kalap yug gaye bihayee। Poorav janam ki katha sunayee।।

My millions of births have gone a waste just like that, millions. Now I will narrate to you the story of my previous birth.

Garib, Sankh kalap yug ho gaye, jaman maran jahan। Janam poorbala tujhe kahun suno khagesha sujaan।। Suno Garud mora Adi Sandesha। Bhinn bhinn bhed kahun khagesha।। Sankh janam poorav paimana। Gaye jo mithya nahi sambhala।। Sankhon janam poorav mein paimaal gaye||

Gone a waste, were destroyed.

Gaye jo mithya nahi sambhala।

I could not handle them. You destroyed millions of human life--oho—

Children! Every single thing should be kept within your heart. You have suffered so much trouble. Your starting had also been like this in some birth as it happened for Kaagbhushand and in which situation have you reached today? You do not know much, you are kids. The servant has understood very well.

Sankh janam poorav paimala। Gaye so mithya nahi sambhala।। Avadhpuri ek nagar nidana। Jahan avtaar dhare mere pranaa।। 20 varsh ki umar puneeta। Maat pita bhaye Kaal samipa।। Suno Garud mora aadi sandesha। Bhinn-Bhinn bhed kahun khagesha।। Sankh janam poorav paimala। Gaye jo mithya nahi sambhala।। Avadhpuri ek nagar nidana। Jahan avtaar dhare mere prana।। 20 varsh ki umar punita। Maat-Pita bhaye Kaal samipa।। --oho–

Bhushand Ji, Kaagbhushand ji is telling Garud Ji that ‘O Kaagbhusundi Ji! Millions of my earlier human births have gone waste. I could not handle them. A big mistake has been made. Now I regret it. Awadhpuri is a city. I was born there. When I was 20 years old, my parents died. At that time, there was a huge draught, famine. 

Pada aakaal durbheeksh tahayee| Prithvi dol gayee re bhai।। Pada aakaal durbheeksh apara। Manushya manushya ka kare aahara।।

Such a huge famine fell that man started eating man, who were dying of hunger.

Ann ka nahi aahaar prani। Pada Kaal durbheeksh amani।। Avadhpuri hum tajee khagesha। Tahi samay gaye malu desha। I

left Awadhpuri and ‘O Khagesh! O the King of birds! I went to Malu country in one Avantika city.

Puri Avanti leenha vasa। Tahan Wahan nahin ann ki trasa।। Ann to jahan pet bhar khaya। Kahe Bhushand suno Khagraya।।

Khagraya! Hey chief of birds! The Lord of birds, King of birds! O Garud! Now listen. There was no famine in Avantika Puri. I went there and ate food full belly.

Pandit ek Avanti Mahi। Katha karne Shiva dware janhi।। Shat maas hum sangati keenhi। Bahur taas ki deeksha deenhi।।

Now, Bhushand Ji wanted to tell that ‘I was so worthless that I went to a Priest in some Shivalaye of Shiva in a temple. He was a worshiper of Shiva Ji in Shivji’s temple. He used to recite the story. I accompanied him for 6 months. He gave me respect and love like the Son and explained that ‘Son! Such sorrows keep happening. You worship God. He continued preaching to me for 6 months, worship God, do devotion to God. There were such sins stuck standing that after continuously  listening to spiritual discourses for 6 months then this soul woke-up.

Shat maas hum sangati keenhi। Bahur taas ki diksha leenhi।। Tail karat Shiv Pandit keri। Guru chele ka bhaav ghaneri।। Swami karne Gaye asnana। Pooja arpan dhoop dhyana।। Garib, Shiva Pooja pandit kare, Jahan hum liya niwas। Guru shiksha mun mein kari, miti khagesh pyas।। Shiva Pooja pandit atharve। Bailpatr dar ling banave।। Tab mun arpe phere mala। Jake upar isht dayala।। Pooja karne diwale aaye। Tahan hum baithe darshan paye।। Jaa Shiv ko mohe diya shrapa। Lakh varsh tum jampur rakha।

Children! Where does this human get defeated? What does he say?  Kaagbhushand is telling what happened to him in his previous births? Took initiation from Guru Ji. Guru Ji was a dedicated devotee of Lord Shiva and he had complete blessing of Shiva Ji. He was his blessed one.

One day I did not give respect to my Guruji.

Pooja karne devalay aaye। Jahan hum baithe darshan paye।।--Oye hoye—Pandit Ji

guruji, came to Shiva’s Pagoda, that temple.

That day I did not stand up due to arrogance, I saluted him while sitting only. Didn’t even salute, just saw like that. This Kaal enters, this evil deed gives pain like this –Oho–

Jahan Shiv ko mohe diya shrapa। Lakh varsh tum jampuri rakha।।

There was a celestial announcement. Shivji said that you cannot give respect to my worshiper, my devotee, my servant, from where are you my devotee? You will be thrown into hell for one-lac years. My Gurudev heard this celestial announcement.

Pandit suna vachan Shiv tera। Utth Charan keenha Guru chera।। Pandit Shiv ka dhyan lagaya। Kalap Kari balak bauraya।। Are dhar balak tu Shiv ka dhyana। Tate bakhshey tore prana|| Char pehar Pandit ko beete। Bahur awaz huee mun cheete।। --Oye hoye—

Kabir Sahib says

Bahute  pyara balak maa ka। Usse badhkar shishya guruon ka।।

Now see, Kaagbhushand insulted his Gurudev and Guru Ji Pandit, Pandit Ji, Guru Ji stood in front of Shivji and repeatedly requested ‘O God! Forgive, he was a child. O God! Forgive, he is a child and is also saying to Kaagbhushand Son! You also fold your hand. Pray to the master. He continuously prayed for four shifts, 12 hours to save his disciple.

Pandit Shiv ka dhyan lagaya| Kalap kari balak bauraya।। Are dhar balak tu Shiv ka dhyana। Tate bakshey tore prana।। Char pehar Pandit ko beete। Bahur awaaj huee mun cheete।। Mora vachan na khali jayee। Yam ke lok chalo re bhai।।

Now Shivji made a celestial announcement. Shiv Ji’s statement came that the words I have spoken cannot be altered. Go to hell.

Bahur dhara Pandit tab dhyana. Bakso saheb ya ke prana।। Bahut baar ki guru arj theeka। Vani Aras vahi Shiv leeka।। Bahur Mahadev bhaye dayala। Jam ka lok bhugte tatkala।।

Still Guru Ji continued praying. Then there was a celestial announcement ‘Brother! It is alright. Now you will not have any problem there. You will surely have to go to hell. You will have to go to Yamlok’. 

So, Children! What happens?

Humre lagya sansha shoka। Chhoot gayee deh gaye Yamloka।।

Bhushand Ji is saying my sins gave me such sorrow. When that body of mine was discarded after that I went to Yamlok, Kaal means in hell.

Lakh varash tatkalam aaye।  Shiv ki daya guru arthaye।।

Means he did not have pain there because Shivji had given them the order, do not beat him. But he had to stay for lakh years.

Now Children! It is like this. The sorrow moments, even 20 minutes are hard and 3 hours of happiness doesn’t seem to figure out the film that we used to watch.

In this way, it is said it had passed well.

Yam humko nahi deenha trasa।  Bhugta nahi narak niwasa।। Shiv Swami ki daya apara. Phir hum aan liya avtara।।

What does Bhushand Ji say that ‘I stayed in hell for one lac years. Like there is some known to the minister of prison and he has to go to jail for some reason and he tells from there to the jailor so he has to live in Jail but they will not give any pain specifically. He got this little relief.

Garib, janam dhare tatkaal jab, choot gayee mum deh। Guru Shiv Saheb daya se, ho gaye nihsandeh।।

Now, there was a discussion with sage Lomas. How is Kaagbhusand reborn? He says ‘after this I had a human body and Sage Lomas was reciting a story at one place. Sage Lomas was narrating a story and I also went and sat there. He was telling more about Sargun. It is like this and that, whatever.

So, Kaagbhushand says ‘I started arguing with him. It was my weakness. My intellect was not working and I started seeing fault in him. So the sage cursed me.

O Chandaal! You will be born in the house of Kaagchandal. So at that time, I did not feel sad. I did not feel sad nor did I got angry. I got scared and with a sad face and folded hands I said ‘O Sage! Give me many births but give me such a boon that this sinner should not forget God. Then sage Lomas became happy. Well! Agree to this thing of yours but You will be born as a Chandaal, of a crow. The lower body will remain of a human and the beak above will be of a crow.

Now, I will tell you the speech how the arguments took place. Via Sage Lomas Garib Das Ji is explaining to us

Yog dhyan aur naam naresha। Jap tap karni se mite andesha।। Pranayaam Kiya parnaama। Swarg Puri ko chale vimana।। Lomas Rishi jahan katha karayee। Jahan hum prasang poocha jayee।। Sargun katha hote tis bari। Hum to nirgun ke adhikari।। Sargun arth hamo gauhraya। Lomas Rishi prasang batlaya।।  Bahur samwad Kiya tis bera। Baithe jaye nikat hum nera।।

Sargun katha bina kya gave। Nirgun pad nazron nahin aave।। Jahan wahan bole Kaagbhusanda। Darsha adhbhut roop akhanda।। Sargun sakal naash ho jaayee।  Nirgun sada ho kyon laayee।। Lomas rishi prasang vistari। Suno Garud adi katha hamari।। Bahur kaha hum prasanga। Shiv ki jata rahe Jyon ganga।। Tap karke bhagirath laye। Tihun lok kirti darshaye।।

Gupt vastu pragat dikhlayee। Nirgun Sargun samjho bhayee।। Vraksh beej mein hai sab thaura। Jab uge tab dikhe gaura।। Jaise panchi vraksh mein, kilaul karat din raen। Samadhaan mein srishti hai, vaas Kiya sukh chen।। Daalpaan sab nazron aayaw। Panchi kilaul karat hai chaya।। Phal panchi nar kare ahara। Ya leela sargun vistara।। Sargun bhog diye bhagwana। Bahut vidhi vinse sant sujana।। Nadi naal mein aave jayee। Soot bina dhar pare bagayee।।

Children! Now what is said in this? What is Sargun? And How is Nirgun? One example they have given is of Sage Lomas. Garib Das Ji is telling that as Ganga came from Satlok in Jata Kundli of Shiva. That dam got filled in six months. After filling in six months then it moved upwards. So in the meantime, Bhagirath was performing austerity. He prayed to Ganga to come on earth. It anyways has to come. He was made happy.

Lomas rishi prasang vistari। Suno Garud Adi katha hamari।। Bahur gaya sargun prasanga। Shiv ki jata rahe Jyon Ganga।।

As Ganga stayed in the Jata Kundli of Shiv and Bhagirath brought it by performing austerity because here only this story is famous that Bhagirath performed austerity then she came and there is one common saying 

Ganga ne to aana tha aur Bhagirath ne jas pana tha।। Tap karke Bhagirath laye। Teen lok kirti darshaye।। Gupt vastu pragat dikhlayee। Ab Nirgun Sargun samjho bhai।।

This has been said that the thing which is not with us and we know its quality so that is Nirgun because it isn’t there. We cannot get benefit from its quality. It should be available, should be Sargun. If it’s with us then it’s fun.

It has been said that as Ganga was not on earth. It was Nirgun. It came on earth so it’s in form running in front of you. It’s Sargun. Take bath, wash. It’s wonderful fresh clean water. Drink pure water. It is not a matter of salvation.

Now it has been said that, one, this example has been given that earlier Ganga was not on earth. So it was Nirgun. Now it has come in front. It has all the qualities. The benefit is received. Then it is told

Vraksh beej mein hai sab thora। Jab uge tab dikhe baura।।

Now what is said? As Bhagirath brought Ganga.

Gupt vastu pragat dikhlayee।।

It was secret, above there. It came from there so it became Sargun.  Sargun. Like, there is a tree in the seed and is not visible. For which work is it used? Now it is nirgun and when it is sown, the seed will become a plant, and will become a tree. So it has become Sargun. This is how it is being tried to explain.

Gupt vastu pragat dikhlayee| Nirgun Sargun samjho bhai।।

Now Kaagbhushand says that I did not understand this. The intellect was not working. I repeatedly argued due to which Sage Lomas cursed. 

Lomas rishi prasang sunaya। Dum bin sankh awaz naraya।।

Several examples were given but due to his ignorance, Kaagbhushand kept increasing the dispute.

Kahe Lomas rishi sano bhusanda। Jeev nahi pusht hote bin unda।। Unde bina to pind na huee thee|| pind unde ka saakshi soyee।। Hum nahi samjha Gyan khageshaa। Diya shraap huaa pravesha।।

I could not understand his knowledge. He cursed me.

Vachan kaha jab hi chandala। Kaga ka mukh bhaya dayala।।

Sage Lomas said ‘O Chandaal! You should be born in the house of a Chandaal’.

Diya shraap yug yug kera। Garud Dev Anand mun bera।। Tamas krodh nahi hum keenha। Jab Lomas rishi diya deena।। Jab Lomas rishi Gyan sunaya। Sunat Gyan Chandal kahaya।। Jap Tap karni kirti sara। Suno Bhushand mere praan adhara। Koot hisan Karo prahara।  Kaagbhushand ke do avtara।।

Now, sage Lomas said ‘well! It’s fine, you will remember God’s devotion and go take birth in Kaagchand’.

Now, his birth story was told that

Savitri Brahma ki Dasi। Putri seti Gyan vilasi।। Brahmani hansni pidwayee। Kaagchand ke dware aayee।। Rituwanti hansni ka Pinda। Bhog sanyog Kiya hai chanda।। Brahmaloka leenha avatar। Kutil roop hanso ki mala।।

It is said Brahma Ji’s vehicle is Swan and he has one female swan. Savitri rides on a female Swan. When the female swan came in the stage of conceiving, came in the season she was taken to Kaagchand. She was conceived from there. So from there Kaagbhushand was born. The body of a deity and face of a crow.

So Children! In this way, this knowledge is being narrated to you so that the mistakes that we have been doing will not be repeated now.  He says that infinite births have passed useless, even this righteousness, deeds and devotion hasn’t started. The nonsense came when it started. He had to suffer in hell for one lac years

Children! Again he obtained human life. This sinful mind again had arguments with sage Lomas, and was cursed. After that he was born in the form of Kaagbhusundi. Then God met him in the form of Jogjeet.

Then he narrated a different story than what he had heard till then, then he got circling. He fell at his feet. He was granted the first mantra and after that he remembered his previous sorrows. From where all he had suffered. He did devotion with determination and lived long. Salvation is still far.

Further it is told there is a separate story. It will come ahead that, after that, one sage met me by the name Sat Sukrat which means Almighty comes Himself. Meets virtuous souls. Then it was God’s mercy. He got true knowledge, true devotion. Then, after that, what happens to him?

Children! As studies started, learnt reading and writing. Took initiation from Pandit Ji. Started Shiv’s devotion then took initiation from sage Lomas, was born again. Now, gradually his devotion kept increasing like this and the Almighty came and met him. Now he was given a part of true knowledge and true devotion. He was not given complete devotion. He did that devotion with complete determination due to which Kaagbhushand obtained this immortality. He had a very long age.

Children! These things will be easily understood to you which this servant was not able to tell till now. Now Children! As Almighty met in Sat Sukrat form. Here, we should not get into this controversy that at times, Sat Sukrat is said, at times Jogjeet has been said.

Like, when Almighty came the first time, so at that time, sometimes in Jogjeet form, sometimes in Gyani form, sometimes in Sehej Das form. So not just once. Such a spectacle has happened several times. So not on Sat Sukrat or Jogjeet your target should be on Kabir Sahib. We read ‘Asur Nikandan Ramaini’ because the mind of the Saint at that time is connected with the Almighty and his form is visible in him. In which form is He? Many times something else is written and spoken.

Like there is a difference in old writings.

Vahan Garud Krishna asvara। Laxmi dhore chanwar apara।।

Whereas mount, Garud vehicle is of Vishnu Ji not of Krishna Ji but Krishna and Vishnu are one therefore, here Garib Das Ji spoke the word Krishna.

So his sight was on Vishnu Ji and not only on Krishna. So now you completely leave your intellect. Do not put pressure on it. Try to accept the gist of the knowledge as is explained. 

Now, when Satguru went and  met Kaagbhushand after that, he got the path to do correct devotion. He gained accomplishments. He had a long age and now when he will take human birth sometime, then again after that, this process will start. Like 600 years ago we came in refuge of the Almighty. There also we remained.

After that, remaining in this cycle today we have reached here. Every creature gets the path to salvation in the same way. Today, with the grace of God, Children! You have gone through this process. Today, your birth is in God’s middle generation. Therefore, the Almighty has done this wonder on you. What equipment has been prepared for you? What systems have been made ready? With the grace of Almighty you are being painted with knowledge while sitting at home.

Children! We eat food, bread daily. Morning, afternoon, evening and every time you very well feel hungry. If you find interest in food then we are healthy. The bread is the same. There could be a difference of 19-20 in vegetables.

Similarly, as many times you may hear these stories, this immortal story, biography of great men then it should make your soul ecstatic that many times. Then our soul is healthy. If our interest remains completely then our soul is healthy. No sin is nearby. If there is no interest then understand, like there is no interest in food, you do not like food then fever or some disease has come near. Its treatment is to eat bitter pills. The moment you will get rid of the disease then you will feel hungry. This is only the treatment in the spiritual path. Some sinful deed has stuck further. A fault comes to mind. There develops some disinterest in God’s story, discussion. Must listen to it, do listen even if you don’t want to listen. After sometime, automatically, God’s mercy starts showering.

Now what will happen? Kaagbhushand’s age was extended very long and whenever he will die, after that he will come into the human body. Again it will be his starting. Now, the focus is on him. He may go anywhere, become so much famous, how much may be his glory, there is no salvation. Again he will properly acquire the human body and God will meet him again. He will charge him in all four eras like this and bring him in such a situation as you are today. This is its entire Summary. This is that original knowledge. This is true spiritual knowledge. So you --oye hoye—

Garib, Sadho seti maskari, Choran naal khushaal। Mal akhada jeetenge yeh yugan yugan ke maal।।

You might have tried so hard that you have come in this situation today, note this. These are not folk songs. This is an immortal story. This is the original knowledge. This is that original knowledge that was kept hidden till now. 

Now, whoever may be at upper hand, tell? No matter how famous Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh may be but they aren’t worth two pennies in your comparison. They will have to undergo this process from which you have already come.

Children! Open your eyes. Take care of this mercy of the Almighty. Sacrifice, wrap around the feets of Almighty. O God! Do not increase life further. May God give you salvation. May He keep you happy always.
